Patient Of The Month For May

By April 21, 2017Physiotherapy

Our May patient of the month is Marcus Elsum who first came to Bend + Mend on December 10th, 2008!

From Marcus:

“I have been a regular client of B+M for over 8 years. I originally came in with a lower back problem that was quickly solved by Mark, Kellie, Fiona and the team. I am now a pilates regular and find it perfect to keep aches and pains away – and keep strong and flexible. Thanks to Kellie for keeping classes interesting and challenging – and to Emma for fixing my recent shoulder injury. If you feel a bit stiff – or are injured, definitely go and see the team and B+M.”

And from Kellie: “Marcus has been coming to see us at Bend + Mend for many years. I still have memories of treating him while heavily pregnant with my son who is now 8 years old, and also hearing about the birth of some of his four gorgeous children! Marcus has loyally attended our Pilates classes and traveled with us from clinic to clinic as we have grown and expanded over the years.

He is now in a pretty good place (with the odd shoulder niggle) and is leaps and bounds ahead of where he started with his Pilates strength and stability. Always up for a challenge in class Marcus keeps us on our toes as we try to tailor the exercises for his growing ability. We hope we can keep up!”
