Patient Of The Month for September

imageOur Bend + Mend Patient of the month for September is Jenny Rapson!

Jenny says: As someone who has inherited the arthritis gene resulting in hip replacements and spinal fusions I have found my Pilates sessions with Bonnie extremely beneficial.   I have been able to maintain full mobility and notice I have increased muscle strength. In addition Bonnie has introduced me to exercises on the roller for my knees which has decreased discomfort dramatically and enabled me to increase my walking. Love my friendly helpful Pilates which ensure I am able to keep on keeping on.

And from Bonnie:  Jenny started her journey at Bend + Mend approximately 10 months ago. With a long history of multiple joints suffering from arthritis, which has lead to joint replacements and spinal surgery, Jenny found relief through exercise. Jenny is a great example of the amazing benefits that Pilates and the correct home exercise program can provide someone suffering from these aches and pains. Jenny is an absolute delight to have in my class, has a great sense of humour and is always smiling – even when doing her dreaded sidelying gluts! Keep up the fantastic work Jenny!
