Sophie Grant – Receptionist

Sophie is often the very first person you will meet at Bend + Mend, and she sets exactly the right tone. Originally from Victoria, she moved to Sydney four years ago and has built a varied and genuinely interesting career across entertainment, hospitality, tourism, and healthcare, drawing on all of it to make every patient feel not just welcomed, but genuinely looked after from the moment they arrive. Sophie studied an associate degree in Screen and Media Production and has a natural gift for connecting with people and making things feel easy and comfortable. She takes her role as the face of Bend + Mend seriously, and she does it with real warmth and a smile that makes the whole clinic a better place to be.
