Principal Physiotherapist

Fiona Godsall

Fiona is a founding principal of Bend + Mend and one of Sydney’s most respected and experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapists across physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates. She holds a postgraduate Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is an APA Titled Physiotherapist, with more than 20 years of clinical experience across a wide and complex range of presentations

Patients who see Fiona often remark on how thoroughly heard and understood they feel, and that quality of listening is at the heart of everything she does. Fiona has a genuine passion for Clinical Pilates, having completed her DMA Clinical Pilates Instructor Training, and she leads the Pilates training across the entire Bend + Mend team. Her clinical focus includes ankle, knee, and shoulder conditions, and she particularly loves working with runners, cyclists, and skiers to ensure their treatment and exercise programs are targeted to the demands of their sport. Fiona’s goal is always to prevent things from coming back, not just to get people better in the short term. She also plays a key mentoring role within the team, challenging her physios to keep growing and improving every day.
