Montana is the heartbeat of Bend + Mend behind the scenes, and the reason so much of what we do runs as smoothly as it does. She oversees the day-to-day operations of our clinics with remarkable organisation and an infectious positivity that sets the tone for the whole team, always with patient care firmly at the centre of everything.
Montana holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design, which lends a creative and considered eye to everything she turns her hand to, and she spent an extraordinary chapter of her life living and working as a deckhand on superyachts in the Mediterranean, an experience that speaks volumes about her adaptability, resilience, and appetite for adventure. Born and raised on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, she has a deep love of the outdoors and nature, and brings that same energy and warmth to the clinic every single day.
