Clodagh Gray

Clodagh completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at University College Dublin, Ireland and graduated with a first-class honours degree. She worked in both the private and public setting in Ireland for 2 years before relocating to Sydney to expand her career. Clodagh loves working with people of all ages and activity levels to help them overcome injuries, aches, and pains and to make sure they are feeling their best and healthiest version of themselves. She has worked with a diverse caseload including sports injuries, orthopaedic surgeries, chronic pain, paediatric and geriatric patients. Clodaghs approach to treating patients is evidence based with patient-centred goal setting to obtain optimal results for her patient’s specific needs.

Clodagh is an APPI certified Pilates Instructor and believes that movement and exercise is medicine. She is passionate about holistic health and utilises a range of different treatment options to ensure her patients can enhance their movement, reduce pain and ultimately get back to what they love doing. She uses a combination of exercise prescription along with manual therapy and dry needling techniques for pain management, improving function, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Mark Kaizik – Principal Physiotherapist

Mark is a Principal Physiotherapist and has been working as a Titled Physiotherapist in private practice in Sydney’s CBD for over 20 years. He completed his postgraduate Masters Degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy which is awarded to Physiotherapists with advanced knowledge and skills in the area of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Mark has a special interest in knee injuries, lower back pain and nerve conditions.

Fiona Godsall – Principal Physiotherapist

Fiona is a Principal Physiotherapist and has 20 years of Physio and Pilates experience. She completed her postgraduate Masters Degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy which is awarded to Physiotherapists with advanced knowledge and skills. She has a special interest in Clinical Pilates, having completed her DMA Clinical Pilates Instructor Training. Fiona also has many years of experience in treating ankle, knee and shoulder conditions, using her expertise in manual therapy and exercise therapy.

Kellie Jansen – Principal Physiotherapist

Kellie is one of the Principal Physiotherapists and has completed a postgraduate Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy which is awarded to Physiotherapists with advanced knowledge and skills in the area of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, making her an APA Titled Physiotherapist. She has a keen interest in spinal therapy (complex neck and back pain), rehabilitation, and Clinical Pilates, and enjoys mentoring the team at Bend + Mend.

Alle Foster – Physiotherapist

Alle completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia and has a special interest in spinal conditions such as neck, mid-back and low back pain, as well as sporting and fitness injuries such as knee and hip pain. She uses a combination of manual therapy including joint mobilisations, soft tissue release and dry needling for symptom relief and exercise therapy to facilitate long term results. Alle has completed further training in Clinical Pilates and Women's Health and enjoys treating pregnancy and postnatal conditions.

Adrian Cerra – Physiotherapist

Adrian completed a Masters of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) and a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Adrian has an extensive sporting background and still participates in soccer, running and weight training. He has a special interest in lower back, neck, shoulder and hip injuries. Adrian uses hands-on manual therapy and dry needling as the main tools for pain relief, and exercise prescription to fix the underlying causes of your injury and prevent recurrence.

Divashni (Div) Kumar – Physiotherapist

Divashni (Div) completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) as well as recently completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Div comes from a sporting background being involved in football, futsal, long distance running and rowing as an athlete and as a Physiotherapist. She enjoys treating a wide range of injuries particularly spinal, shoulder and lower limb injuries using both manual therapy techniques and exercise-based rehabilitation and has completed further clinical Pilates training.

Montana Burnett – Practice Manager

Montana is our super star Practice Manager and is crucial to the smooth running of our clinics, ensuring patient care comes first. Born and raised on the Northern Beaches, Montana has adapted a love of the outdoors and embraces any activity that gets her out into nature. After completing a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design, she ventured overseas to live and work as a deckhand on Super-yachts in the Mediterranean where she explored her passion for travel.

Maxine Langmann – Receptionist

Maxine is our amazing receptionist, working full-time at Martin Place. Max has explored different creative paths by completing a Diploma of Visual Merchandising and Certificate IV of Interior Decoration and has worked in property styling learning many practical skills and seeing many beautiful properties throughout Sydney along the way. In her spare time she loves to go to display homes to get inspiration for her future dream home.

Daria Elgina – Receptionist

Daria is our excellent Part-Time Receptionist who you will find at our Martin Place clinic most mornings. She moved to Australia at the young age of 10 without any knowledge of English, Daria has mostly learned the language through watching countless amounts of TV shows and animated films. After completing her degree in Animation she has chosen to work mainly as a freelance illustrator with a focus on creating elaborate pieces on clothing using a technique of bleach painting.
