Physiotherapist

Alle Foster

Alle completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia and relocated to Sydney from Adelaide in 2023. Alle enjoys treating spinal conditions such as neck, mid-back and low back pain, as well as sporting and fitness injuries and osteopenia/osteoporosis.

Alle uses a combination of manual therapy including joint mobilisations, soft tissue release and dry needling for short term symptom relief and exercise to facilitate long term results, adopting a biopsychosocial approach to her treatment and ensuring no stone is left unturned in the complete management of her patients. She has completed further training in clinical pilates and applies these principles when treating her patients, in both an individual and class setting.

Alle has also completed further studies in Women’s Health and enjoys treating pregnancy and postnatal musculoskeletal conditions. She also applies this knowledge in her Clinical Pilates classes. In addition, Alle has also completed post-graduate studies in osteoarthritic care through the GLAD (Good Living with Osteoarthritis) Program and enjoys managing patients with knee and hip osteoarthritis.
