Physiotherapist

Divashni Kumar

Div holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and she brings both strong academic foundations and a deeply hands-on approach to everything she does. She comes from a rich sporting background as both an athlete and a physiotherapist, having been involved in football, futsal, long distance running, and rowing, and she recently completed her first marathon, a 42 km achievement that reflects the same determination and commitment she brings to helping her patients reach their own goals.

Div has a particular focus on the assessment and treatment of all regions of the spine, and thrives on helping patients with neck pain, headaches and both acute and persistent lower back pain. She is equally confident managing knee and ankle injuries, and has completed extensive Clinical Pilates training to further complement her rehabilitation work. Patients who see Div consistently remark on how carefully she listens and how well she explains what is happening in their body. If you have been dealing with pain for a while without finding a lasting solution, or have a more recent sporting injury, Div is a wonderful person to see.
