Mark Kaizik – Principal Physiotherapist

Mark is a Principal Physiotherapist and has been working as a Titled Physiotherapist in private practice in Sydney’s CBD for over 20 years. He completed his postgraduate Masters Degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy which is awarded to Physiotherapists with advanced knowledge and skills in the area of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Mark has a special interest in knee injuries, lower back pain and nerve conditions.

Alle Foster – Physiotherapist

Alle completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia and has a special interest in spinal conditions such as neck, mid-back and low back pain, as well as sporting and fitness injuries such as knee and hip pain. She uses a combination of manual therapy including joint mobilisations, soft tissue release and dry needling for symptom relief and exercise therapy to facilitate long term results. Alle has completed further training in Clinical Pilates and Women's Health and enjoys treating pregnancy and postnatal conditions.
