Divashni (Div) completed a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Physiotherapy at Auckland University of Technology and completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She relocated from New Zealand to Sydney in 2024. Div has a strong sporting background, with experience in football, futsal, long-distance running and rowing, both as an athlete and as a physiotherapist. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and returning them to the activities they love.
Div takes a comprehensive approach to treatment, combining hands-on manual therapy with individualised exercise-based rehabilitation with a particular interest in the assessment and treatment of spinal conditions, including the cervical (neck), thoracic (upper and mid-back) and lumbar (lower back) spine. She thrives on helping those with neck pain, headaches, postural-related pain, disc injuries, and acute and persistent low back pain alongside knee and ankle injuries. In addition to her physiotherapy work, Div has extensive experience as a Pilates instructor, having taught in multiple fitness studios and completed her Clinical Pilates training. She integrates these skills into both one-on-one rehabilitation and group classes to improve strength, mobility, control and long-term injury prevention.
Outside the clinic, Div loves staying fit and active. If she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her running, practicing Pilates, hiking, surfing and exploring Sydney.
