She is an APPI certified Pilates Instructor and incorporates the Pilates Principles when treating her patients. Clodagh also has a special interest in Workplace Ergonomics and completes Ergonomic Assessments both onsite in some of the offices in the CBD, and virtually with home workers. Passionate about holistic health, Clodagh utilises a range of different treatment options to ensure her patients can enhance their movement, reduce pain and ultimately get back to what they love doing. She uses a combination of exercise prescription along with manual therapy and dry needling techniques for pain management, improving function, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Outside of the clinic, Clodagh loves Irish Dancing, long distance running (recently completing her first marathon!), keeping up with her own Pilates practice and hanging out with friends at the beach!
