Alle graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia and has built a strong, well-rounded clinical practice grounded in both hands-on care and evidence-based exercise rehabilitation. Alle has completed further training in Clinical Pilates and Women’s Health physiotherapy, and has a genuine passion for supporting patients through pregnancy and the postnatal period. She has also completed post-graduate studies in osteoarthritic care through the GLAD (Good Living with Osteoarthritis) Program and enjoys managing patients with knee and hip osteoarthritis. She is a warm and thorough clinician who sees a genuinely broad range of presentations, with particular experience in spinal conditions as well as sporting and fitness-related injuries of the knee and hip.
Alle uses a thoughtful combination of joint mobilisations, soft tissue release, dry needling, and targeted exercise therapy to deliver both immediate relief and lasting results. Her Women’s Health training means she brings real expertise, sensitivity, and enthusiasm to pelvic floor concerns, postnatal recovery, and pregnancy-related pain. She takes the time to understand not just what hurts, but why, and builds treatment plans that reflect each patient’s lifestyle, goals, and timeline. She is the kind of physiotherapist patients come back to, and send everyone they know to as well.
